Bringing Home Hardware

PVSA Awardees

Whether it is mentoring, assisting with our community outreach programs, or supporting membership development, we are extremely grateful for the time members spend on behalf of Ascend GW. Each year, the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) program recognizes Americans who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to volunteer service. The Award was established in 2003 to give Presidential recognition to individuals, families, and groups who meet requirements for volunteer service, measured by the number of service hours performed over twelve months.

This year, the Ascend Greater Washington Chapter is proud to recognize 15 members who received a 2016 President’s Volunteer Service Award. Thanks to ALL of our volunteers for their hard work and many contributions in support of Ascend’s mission every year. Congratulations!
